My Faith, My Family, My Students have my heart.

We moved to Henderson, NV in 2006 and absolutely love our community. My amazing boys attend Coronado High School.

It was at University of Nevada, Las Vegas that I completed my undergraduate college degree in Early Childhood Education and my Masters in Special Education. I am licensed by the Nevada Department of Education to teach Kindergarten through Second Grade with an endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education.

Teaching at New Song Academy is a blessing! I taught at New Song in 2012, and then the following year went to work for Clark County School District. I gained valuable experience working in a public school system. Through prayer and spiritual guidance, I made my way back to New Song in 2018. I am happy to be able to now teach in a small class setting, where each student receives individualized instruction. I am grateful to be able to create a loving, faith-based learning environment that meets the needs of each student so that they are well prepared for school life, building a strong academic foundation.
